I love the shape of the limbs, and the wee little paws!! 
the muzzle and ears are shaped so so so perfectly~ and I am head-over-heels for the fur tufts and hairdo- like holy snaps I wish I could pixel fur like that ;___; I need those skills. 
and just... it just looks so frikkin' nice honest to goodness this just blows my mind 
your icons are so precious and this among one of my top favs of yours and it's actually my character GOSH I'M SO HAPPY
